Reservation, Cancellation and Refund Conditions

Reservation

 

You will receive a booking confirmation once you have paid the total amount of the reservation via the website onnivillage.com. The booking confirmation will be sent to the email address provided in online reservation form.

 

The cottage price includes:

• the accommodation of the Tenant and his guests on the dates indicated in the booking confirmation;

• the use of household appliances and cooking equipment;

• the use of furniture, pillows and blankets;

• the use of water, electricity and the internet;

• the use of playground, rowboats, bicycles and parking place.

 

The number of guests is determined by the type of cottage:

• lake view cottage accommodates 6 guests in bedrooms (one additional place in the living room is available on request with extra fee of EUR 20 a night);

• cottage in the forest accommodates 4 guests in bedrooms + 2 guests in the living room with a sofa-bed (additional places are not available).

 

Check-in and check-out:

 

• check-in is from 4pm (local time);

• check-out is at 12 noon at the latest (local time);

• early check-in and late check-out are provided upon availability with extra fee of EUR 10 per hour.

 

 

Reservation cancellation

 

Reservation can be canceled via a link in the booking confirmation email.

Refund of reservation amount depends on the chosen tariff:

 

• “Standard price” tariff — a full refund if canceled at least 30 days before arrival. In case of reservation cancellation less than 30 days in advance 1 night accommodation fee will be charged.

• “Non-refundable” tariff — reservation amount is not refundable, regardless of the timing of the cancellation.

• “Cancellation 7 days” tariff — a full refund if canceled at least 7 days before arrival. In case of reservation cancellation less than 7 days in advance 1 night accommodation fee will be charged.

• “Cancellation 2 days” tariff — a full refund if canceled at least 2 days before arrival. In case of reservation cancellation less than 2 days in advance 1 night accommodation fee will be charged.

 

 

Refund of the reservation amount

 

In case of cancellation refund of the reservation amount will be proceeded to the payment card account from which the original payment was made. Refunds are not made in cash.

 

Reservation amount will be returned to the Tenant’s card account within five banking days. Payment enrollment to the Tenant’s account depends on the terms of the bank.

 

Refund of the reservation amount occurs in EURO. Payment enrollment to the Tenant’s account occurs in currency and exchange rate of the bank of the Tenant.
